Footstar Orthotics warranties it's custom products against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 90 days. Any defect judged to be the result of said defect will be replaced by Footstar Orthotics. As custom orthotics are individually designed and manufactured to a specific person, any defective products will be immediately replaced, at no charge. All orthotics can be adjusted with a turnaround time of about a week.
